Return and Refund Policy

At STYLEMINTINDIA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent 10-day return & refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The size does not fit as per your order
  • You received a wrong product

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Innerwear, accessories, customized, stitched, or altered products
  • Products bought during clearance sale or special discount offers
  • Products without original tags and packaging

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 10 days of delivery:

Kindly share your order number, product details, and clear images (if damaged/defective) to help us process your request faster.

4. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will arrange free reverse pickup.
  • For size or preference-based returns, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued via:

  • Original payment method (UPI / Card / Net Banking / Wallet), or
  • Store credit / coupon (if preferred by the customer)

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer size and product exchanges within 10 days, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
